“I hate my job!”
Have you ever said those words when you roll over to press the snooze button on Monday morning? What about when you are pulling in the parking lot and it is time to walk in the building?

Most of us work an average of 40 hours a week for 40 years. That is a long time to hate your job or be dissatisfied.
Have you ever thought about the real reason
you may hate your job?

Finding out why, takes you from a complaining or neutral state to an active and solution minded state.
I would first encourage you to ask yourself these questions:
- What parts of my job do I enjoy?
- What parts do I least enjoy?
This is a starting point to begin evaluating and uncovering what are the things that are causing you to hate your job.

Did you jot these answers down quickly because you assuredly know the answers to all of them? Or did you struggle to answer because you have never taken the time to evaluate or you never considered its relevance?
